A spine care and pain management practice is moving into more than 7,000 square feet of office space in Cherry Hill, following a lease arranged by Rose Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage firm on Thursday announced that the practice, North American Spine & Pain Consultants, had signed the long-term commitment at 1601 North Kings Hwy. With 12 medical facilities in four states, the organization will use the new location to expand its practice and its community-based education and research.
Rose Commercial Real Estate Vice President Brett Davidoff represented both the tenant and the landlord, Kings Highway RE Associates LLC, in the 7,170-square-foot lease.
“It is always rewarding to represent such a well-respected major medical organization,” Davidoff said. “Our entire community can benefit.”
The landlord, Tom Dugan, credited Davidoff for his timing in negotiating the deal.
“Despite what started off as a seemingly insurmountable difference in price, he brought us together and made the deal work for both parties,” Dugan said.
