A division of Mitsubishi Chemical America has renewed its lease at a 40,000-square-foot office and manufacturing facility in Morris County, brokers with CBRE said Tuesday.
Construction is underway on what will become more than 7,000 square feet of new retail space in Lincoln Park, the third ground-up project in the borough by Vita & Vita Realty Corp.
