A chain of urgent care clinics has found a new location in Englewood as part of an ongoing expansion in Bergen County, according to a brokerage team with NAI James E. Hanson.
The operator, AM/PM Walk-In Urgent Care, has taken 3,474 square feet at 300 Grand Ave., providing it with a highly visible corner location with ample parking and one that it will share with other health care users, NAI Hanson said. It’s leasing the space from Alza Unc 74 Grand Ave Englewood NJ 07631, the owner of the 19,354-square-foot building.
“When health care tenants are in the market for new space, one of the key priorities on their checklist is visibility to the marketplace,” NAI Hanson’s Anthony Cassano said. “A prospective patient must be aware of the tenant’s location and be able to access the facility with ease or else they will find somewhere else to find treatment. I’m happy to have provided the services needed to help a growing local business to expand its presence as they begin to serve the Englewood community.”
Cassano represented both parties in the deal, noting that the site is also home to tenants such as Riverside Oral Surgery and a urology center within Summit Health’s network. For the urgent care business, it’s among the newest locations in a portfolio that already includes clinics in Bergenfield, Cliffside Park, Norwood and North Bergen.
