Value Cos. Inc. has unveiled the latest phase of a plan to expand its Gateways at Randolph property, a sprawling apartment complex off Route 10.
The firm, which is based in Clifton, said leasing is underway for 24 new units at what’s known as The Point at Gateways. The debut of the upscale two-bedroom, two-bathroom rentals comes as part of a development that will add 104 homes to the property at 44 Center Grove Road, bringing the total to more than 1,000 when the project is completed.
Value has also remodeled and expanded the property’s clubhouse and leasing center. Residents of The Point at Gateways have access to the clubhouse, which includes an event space with a catering kitchen and outdoor balconies, a children’s playroom and video gaming lounge, workstations, billiards and large-screen televisions, while the surrounding area has a pool with a sundeck, a fitness center, new grilling stations and a playground.
“As demand for high-end living in Morris County continues to grow, we are committed to meeting that need with our expansion at The Point at Gateways,” said Jack Linefsky, vice president of property management at Value Cos. “Our investment in The Point at Gateways will only continue to grow from here as we usher in the next phase of construction with the groundbreaking of phase three in spring 2025.”
Phase one of The Point at Gateways included eight two-bedroom, two- and one-half bathroom townhome units, each with their own private garage and driveway, according to a news release. The third phase will include another 36 two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes.
