A third-party logistics firm has leased nearly 5,800 square feet of office space near Rowan University in Glassboro, according to a brokerage team with Vantage Commercial.
The operator, RLS Logistics, will house its corporate headquarters and a satellite office inside the property at 102 High St. West., according to a news release. Vantage Commercial noted that the two-story, 5,773-square-foot structure, known as the HFM Office Building, is adjacent to Rowan’s campus and provides easy access to routes 55 and 47 and the Atlantic City Expressway.
Monica Walsh, the brokerage firm’s director of client services, worked closely with the property’s owners and RLS Logistics CEO Russell Leo to plan and strategize the new headquarters, the news release said. She added that the firm provides flexible and custom-tailored cold chain solutions to their customers nationwide, with services including transportation, cold storage warehousing, and e-commerce fulfillment.
“RLS Logistics can now run the vast number of services they provide for their clients from Glassboro for their 200-(plus) employees,” Walsh said. “This company provides professional supply chain solutions to the frozen and refrigerated food industry by offering safe and reliable warehousing, transportation and packaging services to better supply communities across the country.”
