The operator of an indoor fitness and recreation park will occupy half of a 26,000-square-foot flex building in Mount Laurel, following a lease brokered by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The real estate services firm represented both the owner, South Jersey Racquet Center LLC, and the tenant, Warrior Gyms LLC of Camden County, in the deal, according to a news release. The building, located at 14 Federal Street, is a former tennis center located at the intersection Interstate 295 and Route 73.
Christopher Henderson, vice president of WCRE, handled the assignment for the firm.
Warrior Gyms is a recreation user specializing in fitness, rock climbing, ninja training, obstacle course training and other offerings, the news release said. The operator has started renovations in order to bring the facility on line.
The building has a ceiling height that reaches 34 feet at its peak, WCRE said. It sits within what the firm described as a fast-growing area that also is home to LifeTime Fitness, a new Super Walmart and several hotels and businesses.
WCRE is marketing the other 13,000 square feet at the building.
