The owner of a newly completed, 19-unit apartment building in Bayonne has refinanced the property for $5.4 million, in a deal arranged by HKS Real Estate Advisors.
According to a news release, Emerald Creek Capital provided the loan in connection with the property at 425-429 Avenue C. The five-story building, which is currently in lease-up, also has 19 parking spaces.
HKS’ Alex Dobosh and Michael Lee brokered the transaction.
