National retailer Ulta Beauty has opened its doors at a busy 343,000-square-foot retail center in Woodbridge, according to a team with Levin Management Corp.
The chain, which occupies 10,000 square feet at the property, comes to what’s known as St. Georges Crossing under a lease signed last spring. It joins a mix of operators including ShopRite, P.C. Richard & Son, T.J. Maxx and others at the intersection of Route 1 & 9 and Route 35, along with a Jersey Mike’s Subs location that will soon be operational.
LMC serves as the leasing and managing agent for the fully leased complex. The firm added that its in-house construction management team oversaw the planning, design and construction of the space, which previously housed Pier 1 Imports.
“We couldn’t be more pleased to add Ulta Beauty, another high-quality national tenant, to St. Georges Crossing,” said LMC Senior Leasing Representative E.J. Moawad, who arranged the lease. “Ulta Beauty is a terrific traffic driver that will strengthen the center’s position as this community’s central, single-stop shopping destination.”
