TRANSACTION SPOTLIGHT
As exclusive leasing agent for Metroplex Corporate Center, the three-building, 256,000-SF office center in Edison, NJ has achieved 100% occupancy. NAIDB’s Executive Vice President Robert Dinner spearheads the assignment on behalf of owner/manager Atlantic Realty Development Corp.
At the 125,000-SF 200 Metroplex Drive building, we recently finalized a 4,800-SF lease agreement and have a 5,300-SF lease pending for the balance of available space. Both 100 Metroplex Drive (125,000 SF) and 1 Metroplex Drive (14,000 SF) are fully leased.
