Jersey Mike’s Subs has expanded its footprint in its home state, leasing more than 10,000 square feet over the past year across seven locations in northern and central New Jersey.
Arts and crafts chain Hobby Lobby has backfilled a former Sports Authority store in Union County with a nearly 43,000-square-foot lease on Route 22, according to Jeffery Realty.
A furniture chain has added another location in New Jersey with a newly signed 15,000-square-foot lease in East Hanover, according to brokers involved in the deal.
