A collection of nearly 500 luxury rentals is taking shape just outside Jersey City’s Journal Square district, with preleasing underway and residents set to arrive as soon as this summer.
The team behind a 477-unit luxury apartment complex that’s under construction in Jersey City has unveiled plans for a second phase, one that would bring another 357 units to the area.
