ON THE HORIZON
With land costs at a premium, we continue to see a significant amount of that growth in urban areas, near mass transit and on previously developed brownfield sites. With the expansion of our construction management, our capabilities, including abatement and demolition, combined with our established reputation in brownfield redevelopment, we have ensured our continued place in this market. Dresdner Robin is also excited to enhance our services offerings with Geospatial Mapping and Resiliency Planning, which rely on advanced technology and industry-leading knowledge.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
We have expanded our services to include Resiliency Planning and Geospatial Analysis and Mapping. This strategic move reflects the firm’s commitment to providing comprehensive solutions that address the evolving needs of clients in urban planning, environmental science and infrastructure development.
The firm’s Geospatial Analysis and Mapping services will support projects ranging from indoor racetracks to green infrastructure. Specific services include contaminant and groundwater modeling, environmental assessment, 2D and 3D modeling.
We are also offering enhanced Resiliency Planning services to assist communities in being proactive about coping with threats related to climate change. This type of planning includes identifying general risk, understanding unique vulnerabilities given a community’s social and geophysical qualities and developing system-based solutions that allow communities to optimize the way they plan, invest in and implement resiliency measures in years to come. Our expanded services in Resiliency Planning include providing technical assistance and professional planning services for master plan compliance, hazard vulnerability assessments and resiliency infrastructure projects in communities throughout the state.
