Jonathan Rose Cos. has secured more than $90 million in financing and equity to rehabilitate and enhance a 429-unit affordable housing complex in Newark.
A cosmetics and perfumes distributor will relocate within central New Jersey after acquiring a 75,000-square-foot flex building in Eatontown, according to the broker in the deal.
